Two movies of significant interest have been on my mind lately.Very different from one another yet very similar. Why? An Illusion. The movie itself takes the characteristic of the story it tells to mystify and stump the ever invested audience member.
Two Movies.
One is newer and has been the subject of many a debate between me and my friends. Was he dead? In denial? In a dream? What did the top really do? It can't be possible that he ended up with his children, he died or is dreaming. But why can't it be possible? What is so inconceivable about him being in reality.
Was it all a lie? Was it all just a dream?

The second is older. But not by much. Although the story is much different the pull is the same.
And who was obsessed with the mystery more? And was there really a villain? Was the machine really a scientific masterpiece or a ruse for funding?
Was it the original?Was it the double?
